Credits for Floor Plan Graphics are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase. For this reason, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Every account includes one free render, and you can trace your plan and generate watermarked previews at no cost. We strongly encourage you to use the free render and previews to confirm the output meets your needs before purchasing credits.
Purchased credits do not expire and remain available in your account until used. One credit unlocks one clean, watermark-free render download.
If you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge for credits that were never added to your account — contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and correct genuine billing mistakes.
